First time buyer, so didn't have any experience going into this. The entire experience has been stressful, but without a doubt anything that involved Lee was the easiest. He always made sure to pick up the phone and answer any questions I had. He saved me some money at negotiation time. Just really attentive to detail and easy to work with.

Lee is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a house for my parents who are senior citizens and it was a lot for me to handle. My parents reached out to Lee and he was amazing from the very beginning. Not only was he patient with their many requests, but when my parents finally decided on a house, he also negotiated all the house repairs and got the seller to provide funds for other house repairs as well. He made the whole process much easier and was always in communication with us. Hands down the easiest house buying process! Thank you Lee!!

Wow! Lee Alvarez is the best realtor we have ever worked with having experienced 10 previous home purchase/ sale transactions over many decades. I have never met even a friend, much less realtor, so willing to jump in and get his hands dirty. Lee coordinated cost efficient contractors and workers to do all kinds of things to get the house ready, including painting, plumbing, foundation repairs, landscaping & lawn maintenance, etc. Lee put on his gloves and personally helped us move boxes to storage, pressure wash and even paint the metal lamp post in the front yard and front door. My wife who was very engaged in the process says that we could not have accomplished this without him. On top of all that, Lee is very kindhearted, respectful, easy to work with, a man of integrity and very knowledgeable about and active in the Irving market. He is one of those people you want to succeed. We highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Irving or surrounding market area…what a pleasure to work with!

I was so nervous about selling my home. The whole process was so new and confusing to me. I am so thankful that I found Lee. He advised us on exactly what we needed to do to get the best price for our home. He also kept reassuring me that everything was going to work out just fine.
